How do I start services with EIFC?
Following an autism diagnosis, schedule a free consultation using the form below. Our team will help you navigate the next steps in starting ABA therapy.
How quickly will the front office respond after I submit my form?
A member of our EIFC team will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss your needs and answer any questions.
What does the process look like to begin services with EIFC?
Insurance Verification: We confirm your child’s insurance coverage.
FBA Request Submission: We submit a request for a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) (approval takes 7-10 business days).
Direct Observations: A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts 1-3 direct observations in your home, community, or our clinic.
Treatment Plan Development: The BCBA writes a customized treatment plan (takes 2-3 weeks) and submits it for insurance approval.
Insurance Approval: Once approved (7-10 business days), we schedule ABA therapy sessions to begin services.
What kind of training do parents receive?
Parents receive 1-on-1 training from a supervisor weekly or biweekly (1-2 hours per session). Training can be conducted in-person or via telehealth (Zoom), with a strong recommendation for in-home training to apply ABA strategies effectively.
Do you offer support for non-English speaking families?
Yes! EIFC provides multilingual assistance for families. Please specify your language preferences in the consultation form.
How is progress tracked and communicated?
EIFC uses Catalyst, an advanced ABA data collection program, to track your child’s skill development and behavioral progress. Families receive detailed 6-month progress reports and monthly clinical updates from our team.
