Insurance Verification: We confirm your child’s insurance coverage.
FBA Request Submission: We submit a request for a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) (approval takes 7-10 business days).
Direct Observations: A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts 1-3 direct observations in your home, community, or our clinic.
Treatment Plan Development: The BCBA writes a customized treatment plan (takes 2-3 weeks) and submits it for insurance approval.
Insurance Approval: Once approved (7-10 business days), we schedule ABA therapy sessions to begin services.

Parents will receive direct training from a supervisor 1 time per week or biweekly depending on parent’s availability. The duration of parent training is a minimum of 1 hour per week with a maximum of 2 hours per week. This can be completed in person or via telehealth (e.g. Zoom). It is recommended that eventually parent training be held in person in the home to help master the application of ABA strategies with your child(ren).

EIFC uses a cutting-edge data collection program, Catalyst. This tracks your child’s individualized progress through different areas of skills as well as behavioral tracking. This information is reflected on your child’s 6-month progress report on an ongoing basis as well as maintaining open communication across supervisors and parents through monthly clinical meetings.
