Bianca Escobedo has been promoted to Senior Program Manager. Congratulations, Bianca!

Lets get to know Bianca Escobedo more:

Hello everyone! I’m Bianca Escobedo, the Senior Program Manager here at EIFC. I’m currently focused on leading our new community outreach initiatives and overseeing the development of our mentorship programs, aiming to drive greater engagement and support for our members.

With over 4 years of experience in ABA, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor others and connect with families. My expertise lies in strategic planning, team leadership, and relationship building, which I use to ensure our programs are both effective and sustainable.

What excites me most about my role is the ability to make a tangible difference in the lives of the people we serve. Outside of work, I enjoy working out and watching movies, which helps me relax and relieve stress.

Looking ahead, I’m committed to expanding in this field and looking forward to continuing my journey and becoming a BCBA.

Kaitlyn has been promoted to Hybrid Program Manager. Well done, Kaitlyn!

Introducing Myself: Kaitlyn Mullin, Hybrid Program Manager.

Hi everyone! As the new Hybrid Program Manager at EIFC, I’m thrilled to be a part of the team. My experience with children started early, helping my mom with her daycare center throughout my life, which instilled in me a deep understanding of child development and care. This early experience sparked my desire to further my understanding by working in ABA therapy, where I’ve been able to apply and expand my knowledge in meaningful ways. I earned my Sociology degree from California State University, Northridge (CSUN), which provided me with a strong foundation in understanding social dynamics and behaviors. Currently, I’m furthering my ABA knowledge through the online master’s program at Arizona State University (ASU), where I continue to grow and learn outside of work.

We are delighted to introduce our new position role: Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Evany Rosas. Evany brings a wealth of experience and passion to the role, and we are excited to see the positive impact she will make. Welcome, Evany!

Here is her about me:

My name is Evany and I’m a Taurus! My favorite food is sushi and I love to travel, spend time with friends & family, and go to festivals. My experience as a lead RBT has been a very positive & enlightening one for me. I get the privilege to help our clients and to also help give support and feedback to our wonderful BT’s on our team. Whilst doing this, I also learn more & more about the field, leadership skills, etc., expanding my knowledge each and everyday!
