Mission Statement

At Enrichment Intervention Family Center, we understand that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion create an environment to drive innovation and better business decisions, in addition to simply being the right thing to do. The DE&I Committee strives to be the voice of togetherness and acceptance as we embrace the diversity of our team and clients. We will shape and develop meaningful programs and communication accessible by all team members to foster a diverse and inclusive environment. As an organization, we will continuously strive to be a model of inclusion at every level within our business and in our communities.

Pillars

Continuous Education and Training: Evaluate, recommend, and support training and educational resources to help raise awareness, and to guide others along their individual journey of inclusivity and acceptance.

Open Communication: Facilitate discussion and awareness regarding diversity and inclusion, utilizing tools such as newsletters, virtual discussion boards, and quarterly meetings and other resources in an effort to foster an environment of open dialogue.

Employee Engagement: Promote inclusive spaces for conversations regarding diversity and strategies to encourage all to be their authentic selves.

We also have private rates for families that are not submitting their treatment to their insurance carrier.
